The  National Amateur Baseball Federation (NABF) has awarded its 2013 Man of the Year award to Diamond League President, John Mengelkamp.  Charlie Blackburn (pictured above) presented the award at the 99th NABF convention on November 9, 2013 in Pearl, Mississippi.  Charlie Blackburn stated "the NABF is proud to recognize John Mengelkamp for his unselfish dedication and support of amateur baseball for the Diamond League Association and service to the National Amateur Baseball Federation "  John Mengelkamp was also sworn in as a state of Ohio Member/Director for the NABF.
